This term we will be using a different approach to Parent Consultations due to the guidance to keep us all safe during Covid 19 restrictions.
Appointments will be taking place remotely on Monday 2nd November 2020, which is a non pupil day, between 10am and 4pm. You can choose to make a video appointment with staff, or ask for a telephone call instead.
Appointments should be booked using the on-line booking system, which allows you to choose your own appointment time with your child’s teacher. You will then receive an email confirming your appointment. To make an appointment please visit:

The system will be open from 10am on Tuesday 20th October for you to book your appointments.
You will need the following information to log in and choose your appointment time:
* Child’s full name
* Child’s date of birth
* Your email address and full name
If you have more than one child at the school, all your children’s teachers should appear automatically when you enter one of your child’s details.
If you are unable to access the on-line booking system or experience any difficulties, please contact the school office and we will be able to assist you.
Please note that the booking system will close at 4pm on Sunday 1st November 2020, the day before the Parent Consultation meetings. No further appointments can be made after this time.
In order to attend your appointment, you just need to log back on to the system before your appointment time, and it will connect you automatically to each teacher. The appointment will end automatically at the end of your time slot, so it is important that parents attend on time to make the most of their time with the teacher. You are able to leave a note for the teacher beforehand, so if you would prefer a telephone call, please note that and the number you would like to be contacted on.
If for any reason the technology doesn’t connect, the teacher will call you instead. Your child is able to attend the appointment with you.
